2. Eat foods rich in potassium and magnesium. Caffeine depletes the levels of potassium and magnesium in the body that cause you nervousness and tremors. So, eating foods rich in potassium and magnesium such as bananas and green vegetables can also help.

3. Light exercise. Doing light exercise can also make you feel much better. If you experience other symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, confusion, vomiting or irregular heartbeat, it's time you took some medical help.

Usually, doctors use several methods to pull caffeine out of your body like using laxatives.
